Many of us ask ourselves the above questions at one time or another. When these questions can not be
logically answered in ones present life, the answer often lies in ones past lives.

Our spirits reincarnate many many times. Each lifetime is its own journey where we choose different lessons
in an effort to balance our universal Karma. As we travel through our past lives we often stay with the same
spirits, which are referred to as soul groups. Often this is the reason why you can meet someone for the first
time and after a few moments feel like you’ve known them forever. As we travel through our lives we are
both the teacher and the student. Part of balancing our universal Karma is to teach others the lessons we
have learned while constantly learning our own lessons. We have all heard the expression; the greatest
accolade to a teacher is when their student becomes their teacher.

When you first arrive for your session we take time and discuss the goals of your session. Having a goal makes
the exploration purposeful, however it is not absolutely necessary. If you do not have a specific goal we can
focus on exploration only.

Revisiting our past lives is done through hypnosis utilizing relaxation techniques in combination with
visualization.

Individual Sessions - Explore past life memories with a safe hypnotic process. This process is used to
not only explore past lives, but to find potential issues in the past. By locating issues in the past and working
through them, we can restore a balance and fix potential problems carried over to this life. This is
accomplished by working with the material and with the spiritual dimensions of forgiveness, understanding,
and love. The entire session is recorded for you to review at your leisure.
